The company Alimacchine (Alimash) is an Italian manufacturer of food equipment, founded in 1986, whose production base is located in different countries (Italy, China, Türkiye).
Alimacchine's products fall into the mid-price range. The same can be said about the quality of the company's food processing equipment.
Alimacchine dough mixers have become widely popular in Ukraine. They are used in both small and medium-sized bakeries and are designed for mixing various types of dough.
There are three types:
- machines with a built-in bowl and a hook that lifts up;
- machines with a built-in bowl and an opening lid;
- machines with a removable bowl and a hook that lifts up.
Currently, the dough mixers in production have a mixing capacity of 4-60 kg of dough. The maximum loading capacity is 30-40% of the bowl's volume. The mixer is reliable in operation, as the bowl, spiral, and dough divider are made of stainless steel. The body itself is made of metal with a special coating that is resistant to mechanical impact.
A distinctive feature of Alimacchine dough mixers is the spiral shape of the kneading element, due to which the kneading process is faster, in comparison with machines from Turkish manufacturers.
