MTI MultiChef is an American company that specializes in turbo ovens. What makes this equipment unique is that, unlike other manufacturers' high-speed ovens, MultiChef uses infrared radiation for heating rather than microwaves.
Unlike microwave heating, infrared heating doesn't destroy the food's structure and has no negative impact on human health. To put it simply, the MultiChef is like a familiar convection oven, but it works 10-15 times faster and can not only bake but also cook frozen food in just a few seconds. For example, a 30cm pizza from the deep freeze can be cooked in just 2.5-3 minutes.
