In 2009, GRUPPO CIMBALI SPA Italy acquired the Italian manufacturer of professional coffee grinders, Casadio, and launched the first joint product – the Casadio Dieci espresso coffee machine.

Casadio, a historic bar equipment brand, has always been regarded as a manufacturer of reliable and durable equipment. Founded in 1950 by Nello Casadio in Bologna, the company initially produced various bar equipment, then focused on coffee grinders and dosers, earning high recognition from industry experts.

Casadio joined Gruppo Cimbali in 2009 and is experiencing a renaissance, both technologically and in terms of redefining its market offerings. This renaissance has allowed it to become a major player in the HoReCa sector.
