CAB was founded in 1986 as a manufacturer of bar equipment. The company's activities soon expanded to include the production of granitas (slash), yogurt and sorbet machines, cold drink dispensers, and chocolate makers. All of this is produced in Pozzuoli's modern factory and offices by trained staff.
