The company's origins stemmed from founder Elvio Bernardi's need for a mixer capable of processing dough for home baking. It was the early 1980s, and only small spiral mixers were available. However, his experience as a young boy working in a small pastry shop taught him that for high-quality yeast dough, there was no better system than a dual-sound mixing system. Therefore, his quest for perfection prompted him to create a small double-arm dough mixer for himself, which was soon replicated, turning it into a professional craft.

His passion was passed on to the second generation of the family, who, while maintaining faith in their origins, embraced the latest smart technology systems and met the challenges posed by the fourth industrial revolution.
