Belarus has always specialized in electromechanical equipment. Belarusian-made meat grinders, vegetable slicers, and food processors enjoyed nationwide renown. All equipment is robustly manufactured, with ample power reserves, as was the practice back in the Soviet era. Despite design improvements, Belarusians have failed to achieve a European appearance, but their products have proven themselves reliable. Connecting the equipment can be a bit tricky. Almost all equipment is designed for connection to a three-phase 380V AC power supply.
High-quality components from Belarusian production are also used in the production of Ukrainian goods.
