A brief history of Baratza:
1999: Baratza is founded.
2005: The Virtuoso, the first conical burr grinder under the Baratza brand, is created.
2007: New Maestro and Maestro Plus models are released.
2008: Introduced the Vario, a semi-professional grinder with flat ceramic burrs capable of macro and micro grinding in commercial settings.
2010: Preciso, a coffee grinder with macro and micro grinding and conical burrs, was created.
2011: Launch of the unique Esatto and Vario-W coffee grinders with precision grinding control based on measuring the weight of the coffee over a specific period of time.
2011: Esatto and Vario-W grinders received SCAA "Best New Product" awards.
2013: The Forté coffee grinder won the SCAA Best New Commercial Product award.
