The company AS TERM (AS TERM) was founded in 1995 by engineers Slavcho Pavlov and Stoyan Kryzhev with the aim of producing professional ovens for bakery and confectionery products.

Between 1995 and 1998, the company produced electric bakery ovens for the Bulgarian market.

From 1998 to 2003, engineers Pavlov and Kryzhev managed the production base of the company "Morello Furni" in the city of Asenovgrad, Bulgaria.

In 2003, AS TERM LLC continued its independent operations, producing bread and bakery ovens for the Bulgarian market. In 2007, it launched production of professional pizza ovens for the European market. Today, the company sells ovens in Italy, France, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Canada, and the United States, making it one of the fastest-growing and most successful companies in the industry.
